Lamentamos que la llegada no haya sido como esperabas. De todos modos, nos gustaría aportar contexto para futuros huéspedes.
Previo a tu arribo, te enviamos en varias oportunidades instrucciones completas de acceso, tanto en español como en inglés, incluyendo número de apartamento, códigos de ingreso y videos explicativos. Toda esta información fue compartida con suficiente antelación y también durante nuestra comunicación previa, que se mantuvo activa durante meses.
En relación a la demora en el ingreso, es importante aclarar que la administración del complejo solicita, por normativa, el envío previo de documentación para registrar a los huéspedes. En tu caso, decidiste no compartir dicha información por motivos personales, a pesar de haberte explicado su finalidad. Esto generó que el personal de seguridad no contara con tus datos al momento de llegada, lo que pudo haber ocasionado confusión inicial.
Respecto al video, queremos aclarar que no resulta engañoso ni inexacto: muestra fielmente tanto el apartamento como las áreas comunes, tal como también se puede ver en las imágenes publicadas. Las vistas al interior del complejo (patio y piscina) eran conocidas desde el momento de la reserva.
Durante toda tu estadía, nos mantuvimos disponibles para asistirte en tus MULTIPLES consultas: desde el acceso inicial hasta el uso del aire acondicionado y la televisión, incluso con ayuda adicional del personal del complejo fuera de horario habitual.
Sobre el idioma, el apartamento se encuentra en un país hispanohablante y dentro de un complejo residencial privado, no en un resort internacional con atención multilingüe permanente.
Por último, también queremos destacar que tu salida se realizó varias horas después del horario de check-out establecido, sin que se aplicaran cargos adicionales.
Valoramos los comentarios, pero también consideramos importante reflejar el esfuerzo, la disponibilidad y la buena voluntad que tuvimos para que tu estadía fuera lo más cómoda posible.
