BRAND NEW CONSTRUCTION 6 BEDROOM, 4.5 BATHROOM DIRECT BEACHFRONT POOL HOME!

Welcome to Tradewinds, this beautiful new construction home is located directly on the white sandy beaches of Indian Rocks Beach. The house consists of 6 bedrooms with 4.5 bathrooms set over 3 floors.

The first floor consists of a large garage that can easily fit 2-3 cars. Step through the door and take the elevator or stairs up to the second floor.

On the second floor you will walk into a large open living area with huge windows overlooking the beach. The living area also has a large sofa with flat screen TV. There is a fantastic kitchen featuring a gas hob and stove, electric combo oven/microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher with seating for 6 at the island. There is also a wet bar and breakfast nook together with a formal dining area. You can step out onto the balcony to BBQ or sit out and enjoy the breathtaking views.

On this level there are two bedrooms, one with a king bed, the other with two sets of bunk beds, which will only accommodate children. These bedrooms share a Jack'n'Jill bathroom with shower. There is also a half bathroom for guests to use off of the living area.

The third floor consists of the remaining 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and large walk in closet. The master bathroom features a soaking tub and separate walk in shower as well as a double sink/vanity unit.

Bedroom 2 has a king bed and an en suite tub/shower combination. This bedroom and the master share a large balcony with incredible views of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico.

The other two bedrooms on this floor share a Jack'n'Jill bathroom. One bedroom has a queen bed, the other a king bed. There is also a laundry room on the 3rd floor. All bedrooms have a flat screen TV.

The rear of the property has a pool and hot tub, with sunbeds and seating for you and your party to relax in. There is also an outdoor shower for you to rinse off after a dip in the warm Gulf of Mexico which is just steps away. There are plenty of amenities and toys for your use. We have beach chairs and umbrellas, Paddle boards and Kayaks available for your use*. There is also a full crib, pack-n-play, high chair and baby gates for your convenience.

There is no doubt, that you, your family and friends will enjoy your stay in our home.

The house was beautiful and we pinched ourselves everyday that we woke up to such incredible views. We stayed with our adult children and their families and there was more than enough room for us all. The ovens are difficult to operate, there are the manuals there if you want to try and figure it out. But the one we got figured out took an unusually long time to preheat. We also never really understood how to make the hot tub hot. I mean we did, but weren’t sure how we managed. We stayed at one of the 3 beachfront houses owned by same group in 2020 and we excited about returning for family Christmas trip!We love the area the house is well suited for our group of 11 and look forward to returning again!

The view was unbelievable. The pool was great. Going out to the beach not so much. There was a weed growing as you were walking outside of the fencing that had burr type things. Oh my god watch out. If you got one in your foot and the spikes break off were talking pain. Also we didn't know till after the first night that the kitchen was full of ants. Some of our food was ruined. Also there were cockroaches. Now when you pay the kind of money I paid...there is no excuses. Also biting red ants by pool. If you stood still they were up your legs biting you. If you sat in chair they were biting. Lets say I went and got spray ant traps roach traps. I've been coming to Florida for 35 years and I know it can be common a week. Yes I let the host know. Asked twice for a new coffee pot because the one there leaked and got nothing. No broom no mop. Vacuum cleaner each floor. Beds were good. Plenty of towets. I can say good things. But don't know if I'll come back. Look befire you book.

It’s a beautiful place!

Beautiful pool and beach- roomy house with many king beds and bathrooms - close to airport- lots of unique restaurants nearby- enormous kitchen has everything (but the ice maker is broken). Had a great time.

Perfect beach vacation home

We loved being able to walk out the back of the home and onto the beach. The house has everything you need - beach chairs, umbrellas & towels, we’ll equipped kitchen, great living area space to dine and play games, comfortable beds, pool & hot tub. We loved it!

Ultimate relaxing beach vacation

Our family had the best time in Indian Rocks Beach. The house is large and beautiful with the most amazing views of amazing sunsets which we enjoyed every evening from the balcony. We spent our days going from beach to pool to beach to pool. There is no substitute for being oceanfront!!

Beach paradise

This property is perfect for families with kids and older adults (it has an elevator)! Direct access to private pool and jacuzzi. And, direct access to the beautiful Indian Rocks beach. Watching the sunsets from the two large balconies is wonderful. The house is well appointed, clean, and has all the amenities that you could want. Overall a great place and we have been coming here for three years now.

Fantastic beach house

My family has been coming to the Indian rocks beaches for the last 26 years. As you can imagine, our family has grown and we needed a place that could accommodate all 13 of us. This is an annual vacation we have been taking and it’s been more and more difficult to find accommodations, especially when it comes to condos. This rental was perfect, the size, the location, the beach, we could not ask for more. Having a kitchen and family room gathering place, which was big enough to accommodate all of us comfortably was wonderful. The private pool made it Perfect. We will definitely be renting this home again.

Wow! What a decadent house!!!

Firstly thank you Liz and Alex for helping me book and choose this amazing home for our family winter getaway! We really loved the space. You’ve done a fantastic job with the decorating and have loaded the house with all the best amenities. The view is worth it all, right on the beach, nice and quiet with loads of places to go in the surrounding area for food and drinks. We really did love the house and everything about it! Sunset views

The property was everything and more than I had hoped for. The common areas were large and convenient with a larger group for kitchen prep and eating. Every level has gorgeous views of the sunsets and the gulf . Having a private pool and whirlpool was such a bonus. And, we loved walking for coffee and ice cream . Alex was very prompt with his response for any questions or issues .

Amazing ocean view from the yellow house.

The house was perfect for our family. It had many bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate our family as well. The living room and kitchen were excellent to gather. In the living room, I’ve got so sunny. It needs to have a shade or drapes to close when it’s real sunny in the late afternoon. The house to us had many people and loud music throught the day and evening, which was somewhat difficult to talk outside on the deck. The pool and the toys for the children were excellent. All in all, we had an excellent experience at the we called the yellow house.

Phenomenal

This house is absolutely perfect!! It has the pool and you can walk right out to the beach. Sunsets every night! The house comes equipped with everything. Every small appliance you could need. Two coffee makers, one is a keurig and the other has a carafe to make a pot of coffee. The bedrooms and baths are spacious and beautiful. The house is CLEAN!!! We ordered some groceries to be delivered the day we got there. We walked to dinner quite a bit and of course went for ice cream many nights at the Kooky Coconut. There are floats for the pool, plenty of chairs to take down to the beach and lots of kids toys for the pool and beach. We had a couple questions for the Host and they answered immediately. It was a very relaxing and comfortable vacation. We definitely will be going back!

Amazing house and beach

The beach is perfect, we’ve been coming to this area for years and love it. The house is amazing, looks just like the pictures, and was well-stocked with anything we needed. We had a 14-month old with us and especially appreciated the baby gates that fit the stairs going up and down, the high chair, crib, and pack and play. Communication was excellent. The only suggestions I have are that the pool lounge chairs are sagging and starting to rip, and the paint is chipping off the outdoor chairs on the deck off the living room and we had to be careful to keep it swept up so the baby didn’t get it. We would absolutely stay here again, we had a wonderful experience.

Fantastic IRB Home for Family and Friends

We had a wonderful vacation and spent the majority of time at the house! With a beautiful pool, oceanfront beach access and a well-appointed home, there was no need to leave! We traveled with two other families and had kids ranging from 5-10 years old. There was plenty of room for each family and we had everything we needed - just add groceries. The host was very responsive to all questions. We would definitely recommend this property and host to anyone interested in staying in IRB!

The best family 40th anniversary trip

This house was beautiful and absolutely perfect for our 3 generations of family. The elevator was greatly appreciated for our daughter with disabilities plus this grandma with recent knee replacements. Sad to leave. IRB has been my favorite return vacay for over 60 years.

The home has been uniquely designed from our tried and tested floor plan we have used over the past couple of years. Our guests thoroughly enjoyed the layout when be build the first home of this design in 2016 so we have continued with the trend. Each home is appointed with the finest finishings and decorations. There is no doubt you, your family and friends will enjoy every moment of their vacation.
