Grote Bretonse villa op droomlocatie direct aan zee, aan een doodlopende weg.
Het 180gr uitzicht op zee, de grote tuin van een hectare op het zuiden en het heerlijke Bretonse huis van 270m2 zorgen ervoor dat de vakantie altijd te kort is. Lopen via het sentier Cotier naar plage de Rospico, iets verder Plage de Tahiti en Plage de Port-Manech en onderweg oesters zoeken. Ons huis "avel lost" is super rustig gelegen aan het einde van een doodlopend weggetje. Keukenlinnen is aanwezig, bed en badlinnen is te huur voor €15 pp.

We are a couple who found our dream house in january 2025, beautiful sea view and very quiet. We are both 60+ and have time to go to brittany regularly.
Why they chose this property
South Brittany has a very pleasant climate, it is not too hot in the summer and spring and autumn are also lovely.
What makes this property unique
The house is situated at the end of a dead end road on a hectare of land. The garden is south facing and ends in the sea. The view is breathtaking, all year round.
