The spacious living/dining area with Smart TV, gas fire and dining for six, plus utility room with washing machine. The property includes a ground-floor king-size bedroom with Smart TV and an adjoining shower room. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included. Outside, enjoy the front patio with furniture; EV charging is available by prior appointment (parking and power £30 paid in advance). Two well‑behaved dogs under 25kg welcome. No smoking. Rear garden not for guest use. Breakfast baskets, Champagne/Wine and other arrival extras can be arranged. Minimum stay 3 nights; early check‑in available on request. Children 10+ only. Good housekeeping bond 250 GBP.
