Casa Caldiero - Apartment With Large Terrace

The amazing view of the sea and the coast from our private balcony, that will be for your exclusive use, makes our apartment unique.
We’re located in the lower part of the town, in the pedestrian area next to the sea: the clients can reach the apartment walking through the characteristic streets and stairs, which are one of the main attractions of Positano.

During the whole stay, the guests can count on the assistance of our staff, who will be at your disposal for any information.
The check-in time is from 3 pm to 8 pm: we always suggest you communicate your time of arrival in advance.
The check-out is at 10 am.
In case you arrive after 8 pm, we ask you to contact us beforehand so that the staff will be ready to welcome you. This service has an extra cost of €50 to be paid in cash at the time of arrival.
Moreover, there are fixed cleaning fee of €80 and tourist tax of €2,50 each night per person, all to be paid in cash at the apartment.
If you stay one week or longer, we can provide you with cleaning once a week upon your request.
We have a 3-night minimum stay policy.

After one week stay, we offer a free cleaning service, which includes changing sheets etc.

Beautiful apartment in Sensational Location

The apartment is very well appointed and comfortable. The patio is huge and has a wonderful, unobstructed view of the main beach, port area and ocean. Both bedrooms have direct access to the patio. The two bathrooms (not en-suites) are smallish but more than adequate. Loved staying here.

Perfect Holiday location

What a fantastic holiday home. The Outdoor Terrace was the most amazing place to spend our afternoons, eating cheese and drinking champagne and watching the sun go down. Views were spectacular. Inside had everything we needed. Francessca was very helpful throughout the booking process and couldn't do enough for us while we were there. We arrived into Positano early and they made sure we could gain access to the property as soon as it was available. We will definitely re-book Casa Caldiero next time we visit Positano!

AMAZING VIEWS

We had a wonderful time at the property, the layout was perfect. The terrace was the highlight for us. It was so inviting and large and you honestly didn’t have to leave the space to just soak it all in. Grady and Francesca were super host, they gave us lots of information and even helped book our parking. We definitely would stay here again!

Positively Spectacular

My husband and I along with another couple stayed at this beautiful apartment for 10 days. It was just as pictured and located on the website. The location was perfect for day trips to different spots around Positano as it is short walking distance to ferries, boats, local bus route and driver services. The apartment was clean, cozy and the veranda is spectacular! You could not find a better location for a stay in Positano.

Great apartment - highly recommend

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay in Grady’s apartment! We had everything we needed for our stay – great location, comfortable apartment, and amazing views from the balcony!! Grady was a brilliant host – his communication was great throughout our stay. Just be mindful there are a lot of stairs to get around, but that’s Positano for you. Would highly recommend.
