Villa Bre’ is few minutes outside the charming village of Bre’. It has an ideal position with unique lake views, it is built in rocks and sorrounded by nature to ensure the highest privacy.

Built in the 80s and just renovated in 2019 by an Italian Archistar, published in several magazines for its ability to combine old precious materials with the most modern and hi-tech ones. With its own water spring feeding the house, it is 100% fueled by renewable-energy.

It is the result of a recent 2-years long renovation able to perfectly combine the charme of old, traditional, precious materials like stones, old wood and Venetian terracotta, with some of the most modern, hi-tech materials like vibrated steel and episodic resin.

It is design for a family of 5, with its 3 bedrooms and related bathrooms, it offers plenty of common areas in & outside the house to enjoy the breathtaking view of the lake and the unique peace ensured by the total absence of neighbors.

Last but not least, the property offers a private swimming pool on the roof, renovated in 2024, ideal to enjoy the summer hot days with family and friends. Please note that the pool is open from the 1st of May 2025 to the 9th of September 2025
