magnifique lieu avec une vue exceptionnelle sur le lac de Lugano. Très beau spot pour apprécier grandement le lieu. Morcote un un très beau village et très bien placé pour profiter des autres lacs italiens et de Milan.

Gute Tag Hier noch ein Feedback zu unseren Ferien, es war herrlich und wir werden jederzeit gerne wieder kommen. Verbesserungsvorschlag: es wäre von Vorteil wenn der blaue Ordner Bestandteil vom Vertrag ist, und z. B. auf dem Tisch läge. Wir haben ihn nicht sofort gesehen und somit konnten wir den Pool erst nach 2 Tagen reinigen, er war bei unserem Eintreffen nicht sauber. Sonst schliesse ich mich zum Feedback von meiner Schwester an. Herzliche Grüsse aus Bern

Es ist ein sehr schönes Haus an einer fantastischen Lage! Die Aussicht ist wirklich ein magic view. Wir waren Ende Dezember für 4 Tage dort und es ist sehr zu empfehlen, sich telefonisch zu vergewissern, dass die Heizung wirklich eingeschaltet und Holz für den Kamin vorhanden ist... Ansonsten war alles tiptop!

Erholsame Woche in Morcote

Haus war wie gemäss Inserat. Sauberkeit okay. Im kleinen Badezimmer roch es immer etwas eigenartig (Duschenabfluss?) war aber nicht schlimm. Trotz Hitze war es im Haus immer angenehm kühl. Die Lage ist fantastisch! Sehr ruhig. Der Pool war unseren Kindern etwas zu klein, deshalb sind wir viel an den öffentlichen Strand in Morcote gefahren. Würde dieses Ferienhaus wieder buchen!

September 2018 Stunning view!! Very peaceful and quiet, and generally clean, and properly maintained. Beautiful location! Two unexpected disappointments, however: 1. The listing states there are 15 steps to negotiate to get from the road. Definitely not true. The correct number is 42 steps, all steep, winding and uneven, and unprotected from the weather. It was discouraging to have to haul our luggage by hand up all of these steps at the end of a long journey. 2. The second bedroom is tiny; two single beds leave only a narrow corridor to get in and out. Bathroom access is through living room. Note also that the pool is unheated. Nigel, UK

Bonjour Je vous ferai part des photos prises mais voici les problématiques rencontres - à notre arrivée le samedi 30.07 a 16h le ménage n était pas fait la maison sentait pas bon à l intérieur il y avait encore les poubelles et le linge sales des précédents - durant tout notre séjour des odeurs d égout émanaient des salles de bain - les canapés aux salon sont sales - l extérieur n est absolument pas entretenu et malgré la confirmation lors de mon téléphonique ne le 30.07 personne n est passé - les lumaires extérieurs ne fonctionne pas tous Voilà je vous transmettrai les photos prises ultérieurement, je ne suis pas du genre à tout publier sur internet mais la maison en l état ne vaut absolument pas le prix payé dommage dans un si magnifique village. Je voyage régulièrement et en tant que Suisse ça ne fait mal de voir cela dans notre pays Merci de m indiquer à quelle adresse e-mail je peux vous transmettre les photo prises Cordialement

August 2018 This property has an amazing view. I can say one of the best I have ever been. The Marcote small town along the lake is very close by (3-4 min drive by car) is a very cosy and nice town. You can find good restaurants here. Lugano center is 20 mins by drive. Having a car is a must to be able travel around. The nights are really calm and with the spectacular view of the lake, the sunsets are amazing. Our 6 year old kid has enjoyed the pool as well. All in all, it was a nice 4 days for the family. October 2016 This house has an amazing view looking out onto Italy. Located in the quiet neighborhood of Morcote - which is just beautiful. Lugano is a short drive away. It is absolutely amazing. The view is just breathtaking at all times of day. Enjoyed the view whilst the kids and dog played outside. House is perfect size for a family of 5. The house was clean and everything was available for us. The management was very efficient as we had all the details well before we arrived. We hope to return when it is warmer to get more use out of pool. Inez, Switzerland
