Welcome to our cosy holiday home, perfect for families or groups, ideally located for exploring the beauty of Ortigia.

Upon entering, you’ll find a spacious living room with a large Smart TV and free Wi-Fi, adorned with elegant paintings that celebrate the magic of Ortigia. The comfortable sofa bed offers additional space for extra guests.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay: dishes, glasses, a tea and coffee set with tea bags and coffee pods provided by us, an oven, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a microwave. A small bottle of water awaits you as a welcome gift.

The bathroom is comfortable and equipped with all the amenities, including towels, shampoo, body wash, and a hair dryer, provided for your utmost comfort.

The house has three bedrooms:

Two spacious bedrooms with large closets, mirrors, dressers, and nightstands, each with a private balcony furnished with small tables where you can enjoy breakfast outdoors.

Location was close enough to walk to Ortigia. Be aware that this flat is on 4th(5th) floor and no elevator. AC in two rooms only. We were there late August and temperature in the rest house was about 85F(29-30C). Dedicated parking at the back of the building.
