Good stay, with the host very accomodating. A little bit noisy as the properly is on a main A road but otherwise great location.

The Peak District of Derbyshire is beautiful, stone buildings, canals, forests. You can use the cycle routes, or hike. I have an annex of my house which I let out for guests

It is a beautiful area. Cromford is a UNESCO Village site. Matlock is a 10 minute walk. It is stunning. Lots of tors , canals, forest, tracks

Very central village. Park your car, and you have all the cafés and restaurants and pubs on your doorstep. Cromford is fantastic, but you also have Matlock which is a 10 minute walk
