The house has a dining room and living room en-suite + 1 living room connected by double doors. The ground floor also contains a separate kitchen with dishwasher, utility room with washing machine and bathroom with shower. The first floor contains a bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with a single bed and 1 bedroom with 1 1/2 man bed. There are 2 OK charging stations (75 kW CCS Type 2) at DagliBrugsen (supermarket) in Tullebølle, only 567 meters from the house, providing a convenient option for charging electric cars nearby. Not rented to youth groupsA refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
