Located near the Eiffel Tower and the iconic Pont de Bir-Hakeim, this two-bedroom apartment was fully revamped in a contemporary style, that draws inspiration from the ever-changing Parisian sky. The living room features blue marble, walnut, and natural oak, with luminous beige capturing zenith light. One bedroom reflects dawn with soft blush tones, while the other evokes sunset in warm ochre. Complete with a fully equipped kitchen, it is a unique and elegant retreat in the heart of the city.

The space
The apartment includes:

The sleeping arrangement is organized as follows:
- Bedroom 1 with a Kingsize bed and en-suite private bathroom (shower and WC)
- Bedroom 2 with a Kingsize bed
- Living room convertible into a bedroom: 1 sofa bed for two people + 1 sofa bed for one people

The apartment is ideal for 4 people and can accommodate up to 6 people.

Guest access
Easy access : before your arrival, we will send you all the information regarding the access to the apartment as well as a video to guide you through your check-in.

To get the keys of the apartment:
- You will have to collect the keys in a secure box with a code inside the building
- The code will be given to you before your arrival
- The door to your apartment is on the 5th floor (elevator)
Other things to note
You are expected to take care of the apartment and return it in the same condition. Additional cleaning or repair fees may be applied in the event of non-compliance with our house rules

House Rules
- No parties. To respect neighbors, parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours: 9 p.m. - 8 a.m. No music
- Non-smoking. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or building
- Registered guests only. Only those who have provided ID are allowed access
- No events or professional shoots. The apartment is for residential use only

Additionally, please note that:
- Identity documents of all adults are required
- Lost keys incur a €170 replacement fee
- Cleaning is done before arrival and after departure
