Caereinion consists of a first-floor kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, dining seating, an external utility with washing machine, a sitting room with woodburning stove. There are four twin bedrooms, one on the ground-floor with Jack-and-Jill access to ground-floor shower room. Bathroom with bath, walk-in shower, basin, and WC. Highchair and travel cot available. Off-road parking for 1 car. Enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio, barbecue. Garden terrace. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 0.1 miles, beach 1.1 miles.
