An excellent location for a holiday ‘away from it all’. Plenty of walks in beautiful countryside with marvellous beaches to choose from and some as-good-as-anywhere pub food at the end. Regular bus services a mile down the road to Newquay and Truro gave us some urban breaks. We were blessed with fine dry weather - I might have found this rural location harder in the wet. Cubert has a fabulous bakery, post office/shop and the local holiday park shop also offers more than bread and milk. Our host was very helpful indeed - but be aware….wifi can be patchy and a phone signal non-existent.
