Please note: this property requires a minimum stay of 3 nights. Woodstock consists of a kitchen with electric oven, induction hob, air fryer, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, ironing board, iron, kettle, toaster, dining room with seating for six people, sitting room with Smart TV and wood burning stove, and snug with TV. The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor double with en-suite shower room, a double, and twin with one single and pull-out trundle bed, serviced by a ground-floor shower room and cloakroom. Outside, there is a wrap-around garden with lawn, patio seating areas and pond, along with off-road parking for two cars. One well-behaved dog up to the size of a fully grown Labrador is welcome, extra charges apply. Sorry, no smoking. Only a 20min car journey from the picturesque seaside town of Lyme Regis. You'll find a shop in 2 miles, pub in 2.6 miles, lake 1.2 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen, and towels are inc. in rent. Woodstock is a lovely base for a rural retreat in Somerset. Note: Property has a pond - only children aged 8 and above can be accepted and should be supervised.
