A Droomvilla by a large recreational lake and a private beach and fishing water, the ideal ingredients for a nice vacation. Swim and paddleboard in good weather and relax in the sauna during the cold winter months, and perhaps even skate on the lake. The hot tub also provides the necessary relaxation. The house is modernly furnished for 6 people and is a wonderful place to spend a holiday with the family. The property is located in a wooded area in the border region of the Vechtdal and the Reestdal. From the Dream Villa, you can bike, mountain bike, and hike in the beautiful nature. There are also fun excursions to make in the area, for example to Ommen, Dalfsen, or Ootmarsum. Or visit the Sallandse Heuvelrug or Adventure Park Hellendoorn.

Holiday home layout

This Droomvilla is quite recently built and furnished with modern furniture. The front of the house is enclosed by a gate. Upon entering, you immediately feel at home in the spacious entrance with a wardrobe, separate toilet, and stairs leading up. The cozy living room offers a comfortable seating area and a TV, perfect for enjoyable evenings. At the dining table that seats six, you can enjoy delicious meals together. The open kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need: induction cooktop, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Quooker, kettle, coffee maker (filter), Nespresso machine (bring your own pods), and milk frother, as well as an Airfryer. Additionally, there is a practical room with a washing machine and dryer for extra convenience.

On the first floor, you will find three bedrooms, each with two box spring beds. One bedroom has a double duvet, while the other two bedrooms are equipped with two single duvets, two of which are extra long (2.20x0.90m). All bedrooms are equipped with screens. The bathroom features a freestanding bath and a spacious shower, along with a sink and toilet.

Enjoy the beautiful garden that borders the water, complete with a warm outdoor shower (closed during frost periods). You can dine together on the terrace with a dining table, while the covered terrace with lounge set invites you to relax in the fresh air. For ultimate relaxation, a private beach awaits with direct access to the recreation pond, where you can swim, rowing, paddleboard, fish or simply enjoy the sun. Discover the Finnish sauna and the electric hot tub for that little extra luxury, or jump on the trampoline and play a game of table tennis. For active vacationers, there is an open water swimming buoy with a whistle, and the barbecue invites you to delicious outdoor meals.

Surroundings

This Droomvilla is located about 128 kilometers from Utrecht, amidst beautiful nature reserves and lively villages. From the house, you can immediately get on your bike, for example, for the famous Twentse Hooilanden route, or take a walk through the vast Fayersheide, the Wierdense Veld, or the Salland Ridge. For water and peace lovers, canoeing on the quiet streams is highly recommended, with rental options available at Linderbeek in Den Ham.

Across the recreational lake is Landal GreenPark, where you can use the facilities such as the playground and Beachclub de Vlegge, for a bite to eat and a drink. For daily groceries, you will find a supermarket in the village just 7 km away, while the small neighborhood supermarket just 1 km away offers everything you need.

For those who want to explore culture and history, the Veenmuseum in Vriezenveen is a nice outing. Children can enjoy themselves at amusement park Slagharen or Adventure Park Hellendoorn, while adults can savor the charm of Ommen, a historic Hanseatic town with a beautiful old center, museums, and a grain mill. Animal lovers can take a trip to the Nordhorn Zoo in Germany, just across the border.
