Right in the center of Terracina, residential condo of 8 apartment, last floor of condo, Ideal to reach the beach in 5 minutes or 250mt walk, places by the sea like White Beach or Orsa Maggiore.
The apartment "Casa Falcone" is located in the center of Terracina, just off shopping street Viale Vittoria, on last floor of building composed of only eight big apartments.
- It is recently and completely refurbished end february 2018. Large living room with TV, sofas, three bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower, a bright and spacious kitchen (no dishwasher) with access to veranda and balcony offering a beautiful view of Park Villa Tommasini and sea, ideal for breakfast, lunch & dinners. The floor of apartment is all over in italian ceramic bright colour.

"Casa Falcone" has completed Samsung air-conditioned and has independent heating for winter stays. Satellite TV. WiFi can be available on specific request with limited Gigabyte during your stay.

Thanks to its central location you can easily reach pharmacies 200mt, small supermarkets 50mt, bars pizzeria and restaurants 100mt, various commercial shops activities. The sea and its golden beaches are only 250 meters away, within walking distance on Viale della Vittoria or through Villa Tommasini Park ideal for baby of 3-7 years old covered by pine trees.

ELECTRICITY ONLY Expense to pay separate: due to high cost of electricity in Italy, I request "on-site" a payment for consumption based on actual/counter, for each kwat used, usually it depends mainly from Air Condition, Hairdry, Wash Machine, but can be around 30-40 euro a week to pay end of your stay. Hot/Cold Water and Gas for Cooking are already included in this amount.
GOOD TO KNOW: Standard rent in summertime will be for at least 2 weeks period June to September. One week rental can be available on specific request if there are some weeks left.
DAY OF RENT: usually should start on Saturday or Sunday.

BOX/GARAGE: in case you need a private box/garage for your car, can be available in same building with extra payment a day of TEN euro with exception of July and August that will be 15 Euro a day.

RENTAL: when asking period for 3 weeks there is always a discount from rate. Rental for 2 weeks in summer months.

HEATING for winter time mid November to mid March will be available with a surcharge by Counter Use around 5 or 10 euro a day.
