Heated Pool

The pool is heated from Nov 15 to Apr 30, usually kept at 27–30°C, depending on the weather. Extreme conditions or system issues may affect this despite best efforts.



Air Conditioning

AC is available—please keep doors/windows closed and turn it off when away. Misuse may lead to deposit deductions. Repairs for breakdowns (not caused by guests) will be handled promptly; compensation only if down for 48+ hours in hot weather.



Wi-Fi

Free Wi-Fi is provided for legal and reasonable use. The owner isn’t liable for outages caused by the service provider or maintenance.
