There are four other bedrooms (Bedroom # 3, 4, 5 & 6) on the second level as well, including rooms with one king bed, one queen bed, one bunk bed (twin over full), and another with a daybed and trundle. The queen and bunk bed rooms share a bathroom that opens from the main living space on this floor. The daybed room is accessible only by walking through the King room, with which is also shares a bathroom. The final bedroom (Bedroom #7), which is a newly converted addition on the third floor of the home, is easily accessible to both the kitchen and living room. This room has a King bed and utilizes the shared third floor bathroom with new standing shower.

The third floor is considered the main level of the home since it hosts the living room, bar area, sitting room, dining area and beautifully renovated kitchen sporting state of art SubZero Appliances® Wolf® Appliances.
