With 4 BR/4 BR The Laurel House sleeps 10 Guests and offers an idyllic backdrop for an island escape. Enjoy coffee overlooking the live oaks in the morning and enjoy a dip in your private pool before collecting sea shells on the beach. Curl up with a book for quiet afternoons on the screened porch. The comfortable, updated interiors offer plenty of room for everyone to relax. The bright, sunny kitchen includes a abundant counter space, center island that seats 4 guests, nearby dining table that seats 8, plus a cozy sitting area for slow mornings with the newspaper.
In addition to the main living areas of the home, the first floor has a total of three (3) bedrooms, two appointed with KING beds and each with its own private bathroom. The third one includes two custom-built bunk beds, with 2 QUEEN beds on the bottom and 2 TWIN beds on the top. The bunk room enjoys direct access to the main floor hall bath with shower.
Upstairs you'll find a spacious primary suite, with KING bed, sitting area and luxurious ensuite bathroom with soaking tub and walk-in shower.
Only 5 minutes from the seaside Wild Dunes Links Golf Course and 20 minutes from the excitement downtown Charleston has to offer, the Laurel House provides an outstanding mix of amenity, location, and luxury.
NOTE: The Laurel House is a FAMILY FRIENDLY House and parties and/or events are strictly prohibited. Every property in our portfolio is designed to host only vacation guests, and guests of Luxury Simplified Retreats are expected to abide by the rules and NOISE ORDINANCE enforced by the City of Isle of Palms. Those that violate the terms of occupancy, host events, and/or parties will result in immediate loss of use. The Laurel House does not allow pets. No exceptions. The Laurel House is a NO SMOKING property. No exceptions.
Access
Your Concierge will meet you at the home upon your arrival to check you in. Should our schedules not line up, your Concierge will walk you through how to get into the property. If you have any questions about directions or access to the property, your concierge will be ready and waiting to assist you by phone. There is room for five (5) vehicles at the home.
Interaction
Upon arrival, after the established 4PM check-in time, you may enter and exit the rental at your leisure. Your Concierge will meet you at the property upon check-in and provide valuable information about the home. Should an in-person meeting not work out, your Concierge will provide you with all the instructions you will need. We are here to make the check-in process a seamless one!

Our concierge team is committed to delivering exceptional service, impeccable cleanliness and all the amenities of your everyday home. With each stay you will enjoy high thread count linens, spa quality towels, hair dryer, ironing board, washer and dryer, standard coffee maker and Keurig, kitchen cookware and utensils, shower toiletries and soaps, extra linens and towels, air conditioning, cable, and wireless internet, and more. With our concierge services you can choose to have our team handle all the details of your trip. From stocking your refrigerator to reserving beach equipment, there isn't much our Concierge team can't help you with during your stay. And should you need any recommendations, it would be our pleasure to provide suggestions for restaurants, make reservations, organize activities, and answer any questions.
We offer the option to purchase trip insurance through Rental Guardian. We highly recommend adding trip insurance to your reservation, especially if you are traveling during hurricane season (June-November).
At the time of booking, we require a payment of 50% of your total rental amount. The remainder of your balance will be due 30 days prior to your check-in date and will be automatically charged to the card we have on file. If you are booking within 30 days of your expected arrival date, the full payment is due at the time of booking.
The City of Isle of Palms has a noise ordinance starting at 10PM that applies to private residences. Please be mindful of your neighbors. Noise complaints can result in fines and rental termination.
Minimum rental age is 25.
