The house has a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, air conditioning in every room, TV in every room, fiber optic Wi-Fi, PVC windows with double glazing for better sound insulation, and electric blinds. Check-in is from 3:00 PM while check-out is at 10:00 AM. (For check-in after 8:00 PM, a surcharge of 25 euros payable in cash upon arrival will apply; after midnight, the surcharge will be 50 euros).
