About this space

My place is close to Silicon Oasis or Academic City which is situated on the Mohd Bin Zayed Road (E311 old Emirates Road)- takes 15 min to reach Trade Center or Dubai Mall & Metro. My place is good for college students who have trainings or for Sky Diving or cycling since its the nearest to my place, solo adventurers who was to enjoy peace, business travelers who want to relax, who are for short travel. The Public Transport is not great and hence irecommend to take a cab or rent a car.

The space
Good for Academic Students, Professors, faculty members and Teachers since its near to Academic City and Universities. Excellent for SKY Diving Individuals as well. 20min From Airport.

Guest access
Pick Up and Drop is available from allnearby Colleges and Universities or nearest Metro at very very nominal charges.

Other things to note
We do not provide home meals or Kitchen access as its restricted. We only provide Coffee, Tea & light Breakfast is served Complimentary.

    I a wonderful stay with Girish. He was extremely welcoming and made me feel at home right away. He even provided a complimentary breakfast, which was a lovely touch. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a private bathroom. I would definitely recommend this place and would happily stay again.
