The view is exquisite from this fifth-floor corner beach retreat! There is nothing like walking into your beach retreat, stepping onto the large wraparound balcony, and seeing the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. The unit is over 1370 sq. ft. with a total open living concept.

Seaside Beach & Racquet Club #5514 is located on the fifth floor of building 5 with direct Gulf and outdoor pool views. This condo has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and sleeps 10 when you use the two queen size sofa beds. The kitchen is well equipped with the essential pots, pans, and baking needs. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. All bath towels and linens are provided.

The beach is just steps away following the deck through a gazebo and complete with outdoor beach showers. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent on the beach. There are two lighted tennis courts (must provide your own racquet and balls) and a heated indoor pool for those lazy rainy beach days . The complex is known for its tropically landscaped courtyard and two outdoor swimming pools. You can exercise in the workout room or relax in the sauna. There are many charcoal BBQ grills for your outdoor culinary needs.

When it is time to explore your surroundings, you will find you are centrally located to shops, dining, and beach adventures. Many are within walking distance of this beach retreat. Adventure Island and Fat Daddy's Arcade are directly across the street! Area attractions include the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo; Waterville; The Wharf; and The Park at OWA, the new amusement park in Foley. Restaurants abound in the area to entice the pallet of the moment. There is also a Starbucks close-by and many an ice cream shop. Shopping is also close to the complex and a short drive away on HWY 59 you will find a Shopping Center, Tanger Outlet Mall, and Old Time Pottery.

*All kitchen, laundry, and bathroom products are the responsibility of the guest.

*Parking fee is $50 per vehicle for up to one month. There is a two car limit. If your stay is longer than one month, a second pass must be purchased. Pass is purchased (Credit or Debit Card only) at the Guard Shack as you enter the complex.

*NO EARLY ENTRIES. Check-in is at 4:00 pm on the day of your arrival.
*First Responders with proof of identity get one free parking certificate. Reservation must be in First Responders name. No exceptions.
*This is a non-smoking complex and a non-smoking unit and a pet free unit.
*There are security cameras throughout the property including at the pools.

Great first experience in Ora ge Beach

The property worked great for our family's trip! Being right on the beach and having access to several pools made "doing nothing" easy. Quick access to touristy stuff and good restaurants was also a huge plus.

Very nice lots of space., nice beach and pool.

Three good bed rooms with two good baths. Nice beach area and pool. Close to many restaurants and close to Gulf shores and Florida. View of the beach from the balcony is limited. I would stay there again no issue.

Condo and view was just as described. The 9 days that we were there, it rained the majority of the time, but couldnt ask for a better place to relax. Everything was perfect. Thank you Carol for letting us enjoy your home!

Family weekend

The property was exactly as described. Close to lots of activities, restaurants, and retail. The owner was very nice and kept me informed of an issue that was out of her control. No complaints about the condo. The weather was beautiful and it was a great weekend.

This was a great vacation at the last minute!

I booked this property the day before my sister was supposed to leave. She had booked another rental, and they pulled it at the last minute. Carol was so great to work with and made me feel at ease that I had found a good spot for my sisters and nephews. They raved about the condo, and said that they would look to stay there again in the future. All this during a hurricane too!! Thank you Carol!!!

Good place for a family

It was a nice place and we enjoyed our stay. The only thing I would say is rewash the silverware and cookware. I’m not sure who cleans, but they don’t do a very good job. There was a dirty pair of underwear under the bed from previous guest, and the silverware and knives were disgusting. But the owner, location, and everything else was great. Silverware and cookware for us was not a big deal because we always bring our own. But others may want to be aware.

Orange Beach

The condo was just as described. We did have a slight issue figuring out how to use the front door. It has a weird deadbolt/keypad entry combo that we had not seen. Beds were fine. It slept 7 of us very comfortably. It was clean, although when we checked in there was sand on the floor that stuck to our feet but we kind of expect that staying at a beach condo. Sheets for the pull out couches did not seem the cleanest but our teenage boys did not care. Overall it was a great place to stay and we would definitely come back.

Not as expected

The condo was clean and well maintained. The building itself was somewhat older and needed maintenance. The view of the ocean from the balcony (my main interest) was very restricted. View was mostly of 50 other balconies. No privacy with neighbors 5 feet away.

Spacious condo in a complex with multiple nice amenities

The condo was perfect for our family of four. 3 bedrooms with 2 bath rooms. Corner Unit with large balcony and open spacious floor plan for main living areas. Complex is right on the beach so no crossing traffic. Unit included an ice maker which was great for keeping drinks/food cool at beach. Complex has 3 pools, 2 nice tennis courts and security guard at entrance. The only negative was one of the bathrooms had been worked on for water damage from unit above, but wasn't completely put back together yet. While the bathroom was functional it was visually unappealing. We notified the owner and she was extremely sorry as the repair man had reported it being completed.Owner was great to work with and I would stay here again.

Worst experience of my life at a condo! The ad said possible construction going on….the construction was so bad, it was a major health and safety risk. When I contacted the owner, they did not care. The inside of the condo had cockroaches all over and black mold in both showers. The stay was so bad, we left a day early and stayed elsewhere. Save yourself the headache and never ever stay here. This owner should be banned from ever being allowed to advertise or rent on here again.

This is my place to relax and refresh myself. It is where I can get away from it all. It is so easy to unwind when the sun, sand, and water are so close. Lazy mornings on the balcony, night strolls on the beach, building sand castles during the day, and watching the sunset on the beach all help to let me be one with the beach!

Why they chose this property

After many years of visiting the Orange Beach Area, this is the place where I felt most at ease. It kept drawing me back.

What makes this property unique

This complex has a tropically landscaped courtyard. The abundance of palm trees gives one that island feel. The two outdoor pools allows pool access to all. If it is raining, there is even an indoor pool, sauna, and steam room (closed right now). There is also a fitness room, so your daily workouts are not missed. The tennis court is also lined for pickle ball. The complex really has it all!
