Wake up to gorgeous views and plan your day...will it be lounging by one of the two outdoor pools, the indoor pool or spending the entire day with sand between your toes?

THE SPACE: Don't worry about what you need because this spacious condo has it all! The kitchen has all NEW appliances and is fully equipped including everything you need to cook your vacation specialties. There is a Keurig and a regular coffee pot in the kitchen. The living room has a flat screen TV, DVD and a queen size sofa sleeper. The master bedroom has a KING size bed, and the guest bedroom has a QUEEN size bed. Both bedrooms have a flat screen TV, DVD player and a full bath with a tub/shower combo. Both the living room and master bedroom have sliding glass door entrances to your gulf front balcony. Relax and enjoy your meals outside on the patio. There is a washer and dryer for your convenience. Ice is available on property in front of the office. You will also enjoy the key-less entry system - no need to keep track of keys!

THE PROPERTY: Amenities include two outdoor pools, indoor heated pool (located in building 1), picnic area, workout facility, sauna, steam room, free WiFi, cable, picnic area, pickle ball, tennis courts, shuffleboard and outdoor barbecue grills. Stay in this wonderful condo and pinch yourself for being right on the beach :)

THE AREA: If you venture out enjoy shopping at Tanger Mall Outlet stores in Foley or SanRoc Cay in Orange Beach. Check out The Wharf for wonderful shopping, restaurants, concerts and the AMC 15 Movie Theater. Catch a thrill on the rides at the new OWA Amusement Park. Local attractions include mini golf, go-kart track, the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo and Waterville USA water park! Drive to Pensacola and tour the Naval Air Museum or plan to watch the Blue Angels. Visit the Gulf Shores State Park for bike riding, trails and nature watching, swim in the gulf, go charter fishing, jet skiing, or take in a dolphin cruise.

*Parking pass must be purchased onsite from Front Desk or Security Guard after arrival, limit 2 vehicles, price is subject to change. *You must be 25 years of age to rent. Proof of age is required to confirm rental. *$100 Cancellation fee if cancelled before 14 days from arrival. *No Pets *No Parties *Non-Smoking Unit. *A starter set of paper towels and toilet paper are supplied. Perfect stay

This is a wonderful and comfortable condo with fantastic Gulf view from spacious balcony

We stayed at this property in May, 2023 and thoroughly enjoyed the condo. It is clean, comfortable, and has a very well equipped kitchen. We spend lots of time on the balcony and cooking in the kitchen so it fits our needs perfectly. The fact that the second bedroom has its own bathroom is an extra plus. My sister loves this. I must also mention the living room furniture is very comfortable and adequate for three people to sit in the evening. This property is top of our list for beach vacations.

Perfect getaway!

The unit was clean and cozy! Communication with the property manager was great. Perfect location - few minutes to get to the beach and most of the restaurants were a few minute drive away. Would stay here again!
