This beautiful two bedroom residence is located in the prestigious One Village Place building, which is the most convenient location in all of Northstar. The residence offers unparalleled accessibility to Northstar's 100 family friendly runs; One Village Place guests have a private door to the front of the line for the gondola! Perched directly above the main Big Springs gondola, the open plan condo features mountain contemporary design. The gourmet kitchen is a dream with granite slab counter tops, custom alder cabinetry, and high-end Wolf and Sub Zero appliances. The two master suites are spacious and private and the sleeper sofa in the living room provides for extra sleeping accommodations. The dining nook has been converted into a children's bunk room, which will accommodate 2 additional guests. The maximum occupancy for this residence is 8 guests (4 adults and up to 4 children).

The restaurants, shops, skating rink, and all of the fun activities of the vibrant Village at Northstar are just outside the door! Situated within One Village Place are a fitness center and sauna, which are private to the building's residents and guests. Once you step into One Village Place, you will never want to leave!

Guests may also enjoy use of the Village Swim and Fitness Center, which includes a year-round saline pool, hot tub, large fitness facility, locker rooms with steam showers, and a game and lounge area. This residence includes one underground parking space in the heated parking garage with elevator access.

I highly recommend this place! Well stocked (with some great complimentary coffee), from cookware to little things like saran wrap, etc. Staying in One Village Place is my favorite out of the Northstar village buildings - if it's available, book it!

Good quality place, superb location

The place is beautiful, comfortable, and in excellent condition. The location is hard to beat (it's in the same building as the gondola!). The only issue was that the shared hot tub (located on a semi-covered "balcony" off the fitness center) was closed for renovation. I've stayed in the building before and was looking forward to using it after a long day on the slopes; I wish I had this information (about the hot tub not being available) before booking and deciding to pay the price.

The property was very nocely maintained Unfortunately during our stay there was water leakage from the upstairs neighbors bathtub so we had to deal with maintance at night during my babys bedtime Other than that a great stay. I appreciate the bunk beds. Thanks!

We appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was with equipment and spices and cooking oil. The unit overlooks Village Express lift and provides easy access to the rest of the village. We had a little trouble with check in because Welk Lodging front desk was not aware of our stay. But they looked at my email reservation and gave me a key anyway.

Great property, clean, perfect location

The check-in process was very easy and we even got the keys a little earlier than expected. The property was clean, well appointed, and stocked with everything you'd expect. Location was perfect if you plan to spend your days on the mountain. A useful checklist and binder were available on the kitchen island which contained lots of practical tips, recommendations, and guidelines. We appreciated that the owner requested that guests remove shoes. We do the same at home and it keeps the property looking nice and clean. We were overall very pleased with our stay and the check-in and check-out process.

Amazing Spring Break on the Slopes

Wow, what a wonderful experience we had enjoying the children’s spring break at Northstar Village. From the moment we checked in and opened the front door we were in total amazement. The accommodations are 2nd to none. We felt like we were in our home away from home. The location could not be better. All you have to do is ride the elevator down to the lobby and walk in a side door to the gondola area. From there, you skip a huge line of people waiting to take the gondola up the mountain. You immediately feel like a VIP. Staying in One Village Place building gives you the opportunity to skip the huge gondola line… That benefit cannot be understated. When you are done skiing for the day it literally takes one minute from unclipping your skis to get into the lobby and storing your skis before heading up the elevator to your room. Whenever I had a question, I emailed the property manager and she responded to me in what felt like minutes. She was always very pleasant and informative with her replies. I never felt like I was bothering her. The cherry on top was, we were allowed a late check out so as to make our travel home much more stress-free and seamless. If you are researching places to stay, and are lucky enough to have come across this property… Look no further, BOOK IT NOW.

Very nice condo overall

The condo itself is even nicer than it appears in the photos. Very nicely furnished, clean, fully stocked, and of course incredible location in the gondola building with private entrance to gondola. A few negatives: 1. Communication with property managers was difficult. No one picks up the phone and it took several tries to get a return call. This caused some stress as we were requesting a late checkout the day before our departure as instructed. We were finally approved the morning of our departure, but we were already rushing to pack up but this point. Also, if you have any questions about the buidling or spa/hot tub facilities, make sure to call the Hyatt Vacation Club Northstar. This number should be listed in the booklet but it is not. 2. Being located right at the bottom of village run is extremely convenient, but be prepared for noise from snow grooming equipment every night at varying times between 2-6AM. It usually lasted 10-15 minutes but definitely loud enough to wake us up. 3. Highly recommend you bring your own toilet paper and soaps. The provided TP is the cheapest 1-2 ply stuff I've ever seen and is basically unusable. The soaps are extremely perfumy with an unpleasant artificial smell. It also started causing itching for our daughter after a few showers. 4. We got lucky with getting the last ski locker available at the time, but I talked to several other guests in the building who were not so lucky. They had to keep their skis in their condo or car.
