All mattresses are covered with a mattress protector + a mattress protector changed between each rental. Pillows and a comforter per bed are provided. Possibility of renting sheets.

- cleaning of furnished accommodation on departure: fixed charge of 80 euros

- bed linen rental, beds made on arrival, for 20 euros

- dog 50euros/week (max. one dog)

1- All charges are included in the rental price. However, a supplement may be applied in the event of abuse (e.g. air conditioning with the window open!)

2- The tenant must pay the Tourist Tax at the current rate (per adult and per day)

3- Deposit by cheque or cash returned after verification by the cleaning team (no credit cards)

4 - The tenant must ensure the peaceful nature of the rental and use it in accordance with the intended purpose of the premises

5 - The rental is made available to you in a perfect state of cleanliness. During your stay, you are responsible for its upkeep and must leave it clean and tidy.

6 - All mattresses are covered with a mattress protector + a mattress protector changed between each rental.

7 - The tenant is required to take out insurance cover against theft, fire and water damage, both for rental risks and for the rented furniture (in principle, this cover is included in your household civil liability insurance).
