In full nature, without vis-à-vis, in the middle of cork oaks, olive trees and fruit trees, on the heights of Sainte-Maxime, in the Var, with sea view, facing the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, you will be seduced by its location away from the hustle and bustle, only 4 km from the city and the beaches.
Calm, Provencal charm, comfort, simplicity and authenticity for this 50 m2 renovated house which consists of:
- A living room opening on one level to the terrace
- 2 bedrooms with new bedding (1 double bed 160 x 200 in the first, and 2 single beds in the second)
- A fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, microwave, plancha, iron and ironing board)
- A bathroom with sink, shower and WC
- Air conditioning
- From a television

On the shaded terrace under the trellis, acacia table, garden furniture, sun loungers and parasol to enjoy special moments in a 3 ha property.

We had a wonderful time in the little house on the hill. Supermarket, restaurants, beaches all within easy reach by car, yet in our house we were amidst nature and had a beautiful view onto the sea. The house is simple but nicely furnished with everything one needs and has a lovely outside area with various places to sit and enjoy the view. We also had the chance to meet the owners personally - they were absolutely charming, very welcoming and helpful with tips and advice on the surrounding area. We certainly hope to come back!

The Mimosa are growing on the hill

Once again we enjoyed our holidays in the little charming house at Massive de Maures. The Mimosas are growing, the weather was fine, only the street to the house was difficult to drive with the car. But this wasńt the cause of Florence and her man. They are very friendly and complaisant. It was a fine week at the house on the hill and weĺl come back soon. Sylvie

Excellent place for vacation with family and dog

From the beginning to the end of our holiday this summer, the 'little house on the hill' was the perfect choice for us! We are completely satisfied with our choice! All things were great. Starting with the checkin, the communictaion while we were there until the checkout. I highly recommend this location for families! Our dog was enjoied by this location also. Enough place for him and us on this property. So many great details! Stunning view on Saint Tropez, watching boars at the sunset, many choices to relaxing in the garden, etc. Thank you so much, Florence for all things! And of corse we are dreaminng about to come back!

beautiful landscape and enchanting house

it was the highlight of the year as expected. The house is far from noise and fumes in a big and artless garden with a nice view of St. Tropez from the patio (enjoy it at night). The house is well-kept, nicely furnished and fully equipped. Nothing missing! the kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. And bringing our dog was no problem at all..Our host Florence is a very nice and friendly person, her english is brilliant and she gave us a warm welcome with a cold wine at the arrival . we had the immediate feeling of being home. Maison simple et fonctionnelle.Quelques travaux d'embelissement seraient à prevoir comme la pergolat, le ravalement, remplacement des transats et des placards supplémentaires dans la cuisine.Tres bien situé pour les amateurs de calme.La communication avec la propriétaire a été tres compliquée, aucune reponse à nos messages heureusement Florian l'agent technique était là pour nous repondre.Pour les propriétaires de chiens le jardin n'est pas clôturé comme nous le pensions.En résumé, nous avons passé un bon sejour mais pour le prix, nous nous attendions à mieux et surtout à une meilleure communication avec la propriétaire.

Es war einfach toll

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Die Eigentümerin ist super nett und kümmert sich um alles. Und es war sauber! Der Ort ist himmlisch, sehr ruhig und sehr naturnah. Wir also Ruhe, Vogelgezwitscher und Natur sucht, ist dort genau richtig.Das einzige was wir zu bemängeln haben, sind die lauten Arbeiten drumherum. Auf dem Nachbargrundstück hat man bereits um 6:00 Uhr morgens gemäht und bis in den späten Abend. Aber die Besitzerin kann eben nicht alle Nachbarn kontrollieren. Vielen lieben Dank und wir würden wiederkommen!

Wundervoll

Wir waren zum 2. Mal in diesem hübschen kleinen Haus am Hügel. Die Angaben der Hausbeschreibung passenganz genau zum Haus und Garten. Die Sauberkeit ist ausgesprochen gut. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und ist nicht weit von St. Maxime und vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten entfernt. Florian ist der beste Hausbetreuer, den man sich vorstellen kann. Auch die sympatischen Vermieten sind sehr zuvorkommend und alle sind jederzeit hilfsbereit.Wir haben uns überaus wohlgefühlt und es hat alles prima gepasst. Wir können dies alles nur sehr, sehr empfehlen!!!

Vacances agréables dans un environnement idyllique, il faudrait juste changer la bonde du lavabo de la salle de bain qui est rouillée...

Wunderbar erholt

Waren nach einer Woche Provence noch eine Woche an der Côte d'Azur. Wunderschönes kleines Haus mitten in der Natur. Wer die Ruhe und das Puristische mag, ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben. Trotzdem sind Sainte-Maxime mit Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants schnell zu erreichen. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und vom Garten mit den verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten hat man einen phantastischen Blick aufs Meer. Ideal mit Hund.

Entspannung pur in wahrer Natur

Der Aufenthalt im Petit Milelli war vom ersten Moment an etwas ganz Besonderes. Unsere Gastgeber sind unglaublich freundliche und hilfsbereite Menschen, die einem das Gefühl geben, nicht als Feriengast sondern als Freund unter Freunden willkommen zu sein. Das kleine Cottage ist sehr gemütlich und mit allem, was man braucht eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Der Außenbereich ist sehr großzügig angelegt und man kann zu den verschiedenen Tageszeiten mit der Sonne oder wahlweise mit dem Schatten wandern und erhält dadurch immer einen neuen Eindruck. Die Insekten sind zahlreich vorhanden, aber man gewöhnt sich sehr schnell an das surren und brummen. Die meisten sind völlig harmlos, nur ausreichend Mückenschutz sollte man dabei haben, sonst bekommt man doch schon einige Mückenstiche ab. Hilfreich wären hier vor den Fenstern und Türen Fliegennetze, damit würden auch die Salamander nicht auf die Idee kommen, das Innere des Hauses zu inspizieren. Aber die kleinen scheuen und ängstlichen Gesellen hatten eher Angst vor uns, als umgekehrt und sind auch schnell wieder von dannen gezogen. Die Wildschweinfamilien kamen jeden Tag zweimal unterhalb des Grundstückes und dem Elektrozaun vorbei. Zwei Muttertiere mit 9 oder 10 Frischlingen, allesamt freundlich. Zum Zustand des letzten Straßenstücks wurde bereits ausreichend berichtet. Alles in allem ein wunderbarer erholsamer Urlaub. Vielen Dank für alles Familie Baretti, auch an Florian

Ferienhaus

Wir waren in der Vorsaison dort, leider war das Wetter nicht gut. Bei schlechtem Wetter fehlt im Haus einfach ein Esstisch und ein gemütlicheres Ambiente.Im Sommer ist es sicher herrlich. Die Ruhe, Vegetation nebst Umgebung sind beeindruckend. Die Wildschweine hatten gerade Junge, waren aber okay.
