Enjoy the Mediterranean lifestyle in our lovingly furnished vacation home, Mas Esperance! The swimming pool is just a few minutes’ walk away.
Mas Esperance is situated in a quiet location in one of the most beautiful areas of southern France. Here’s what you can expect:
Our vacation home is 80 square meters in size, accommodates up to 4 guests, and is furnished with a southern French flair.
The spacious terrace offers a magnificent view of the azure sea, the offshore islands, and the port of Cavalaire. Start your day with breakfast overlooking the sea, either on the terrace or in the indoor dining area. In the evening, enjoy the sunset and watch the light from the lighthouse.
The terrace features a beautiful dining table with comfortable chairs. Under the canopy, you’ll find a fireplace and a gas grill. Two umbrellas and two lounge chairs are available for your use. At the front right of the terrace is a seating area where you can look out over the vineyards toward the sea and enjoy an aperitif.
No matter where you are on the large terrace, you can see the sea from every spot!
You can prepare culinary delights in the fully equipped kitchen. It features an American-style refrigerator, an induction cooktop, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a Nespresso machine, a kettle, an egg cooker, a blender, and more.
A large dining area with a beautiful dining table and 6 chairs, as well as an open, cozy living room located on the mezzanine, will make your vacation perfect. There, you can read or watch TV.
The two cozy bedrooms each offer sleeping accommodations for two. The double bed measures 1.80 m x 2 m. The two single beds measure 1 m x 2 m. The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower, a sink, a toilet, and a heated towel rack. There is also an additional guest restroom, which also has natural light.
We have high-speed internet thanks to our fiber-optic connection.
The entire house is air-conditioned, and each room can be controlled separately. In winter, the house is heated using the air conditioning system. In the dining area, there is an infrared heating panel that you’re welcome to turn on.
The town center of La Croix Valmer is a three-minute walk away. There, you can buy all your daily necessities, such as bread, fruit, vegetables, fresh fish, meat, etc. There are various restaurants offering something for every taste.

The 420-square-meter property also includes a parking space for one car. Additionally, there is another parking spot on the street for a second car. The property is separated from the neighbors by hedges and fences, so you can enjoy the peace and quiet. The vacation home is located in an open-access complex. There is a large swimming pool there, which can be used free of charge from late April through early October. The pool is just a few minutes’ walk from the house. Tennis courts are also available free of charge.
The various beaches are about 2 km away. From June through September, free shuttle buses run that you can use. There is also plenty of parking available there. At Plage du Débarquement, you can take surfing and sailing lessons as well as participate in various fun activities.
There are many places to visit in the surrounding area. You’re also welcome to go on bike tours—whether to St. Tropez, Port Grimaud, Ramatuelle, or elsewhere. All these places are worth a visit. Hikes along the marked trails are also possible. By car, it’s worth taking a drive along the coast to Nice, Antibes, and Bormes-les-Mimosas.
Our vacation home also features a safe for your valuables. There is a camera in the entryway. You can use it or turn it off during your stay, whichever you prefer.

Electricity costs based on usage: 25 ct/kWh (approx. €15 per week)
Bedding and towels: 25 € per person
We’ll provide you with a rental agreement containing all the details. A security deposit of 300 € is also due in advance. This will be refunded to you upon return of the key, minus any electricity costs incurred.
