Erholsame Tage in toller Villa mit Alleinlage

Großer und warmer Pool (solarbeheizt), weiter Blick, große und gepflegte Außenanlagen, viele Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten im Freien, tolle Ausstattung im Haus, 2 große Küchen, gefüllte Hausbar, Weinkühlschrank, Siebträgermaschine, Kaffeefiltermaschine, Toaster, Mixer usw. Fritteuse, großer Gasherd mit 2 Backöfen, komplette Küchenausstattung und Kochutensilien, Außengrill und Pizzastein, Rückzugsmöglichkeiten im und um das Haus. Alles in hochwertigen und sehr geschmackvollem und aufeinander abgestimmten Vintage-Style ausgestattet und eingerichtet. Moskitonetze sind an den Doppelbetten oder Fliegengitter an den Fenstern vorhanden und sehr hilfreich. Wirklich ruhige Lage mit schönem Blick für Menschen die Ruhe suchen, Privatsphäre ist absolut gegeben. Parkplatz unter den Bäumen auf dem eingezäunten Grundstück. Haus-Tablet mit wichtigen Informationen und Sonos-Musikanlage in allen Räumen und portabel für Outdoor. Spiele, Kicker, Luftmatratzen und ausreichend (italienische) Lektüre und DVD-Sammlung vorhanden, wie auch 3 TV-Geräte, die wir aber nicht nutzen mussten :-) Die Agentur war immer ansprechbar und hat via WhatsApp weiterhelfen können. Check-in und check-out liefen problemlos. Tipp: Das Restaurant LaCotta in Mercatale ist absolut empfehlenswert, tolles Essen, leckere selbstgebraute Biere und ein umwerfender Blick vom Berg auf die Landschaft. Nicht viel - ein Ganzkörperspiegel war zu wenig für die Anzahl der Schlafplätze. Beschreibung für den Gasherd und die Fritteuse fehlte uns. Dimmbare Außenbeleuchtung auf der Terrasse wäre schön und ggf. eine Klinke / Knauf an der Terrassentür Küche um nicht ständig gegen die Scheibe zu drücken.
