Upgraded Suite-Temple Square, Downtown Salt Lake City, Convention Center

Our comfortable, contemporary, and convenient 3 bedroom suite is located on tree-lined 1st Avenue directly behind the magnificent Cathedral of the Madeline -- and offers a pleasant two block stroll to the heart of Salt Lake at Temple Square, Convention Center and other downtown attractions.

Fully remodeled and newly appointed in late 2017, our spacious suite features designer decorative flourishes with a pristine kitchen stocked with all new appliances, spices and utensils to prepare your feast with seating for up to 16. For entertainment, host the big game on the living room's cable-enabled 65 inch High Definition TV. Or drift off to sleep in one of our plush beds watching the 42 inch TV in each bedroom. We include covered parking for 3 and locked outdoor storage for ski equipment or luggage, just steps from the outdoor entrance to the lower level suite. The provided blow up mattress can optionally extend sleeping arrangements for up to 12 guests. Simply do not forget to let your children find the hidden playhouse under stairs to add a touch of mystery and delight to their stay!

The property has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Two private bedrooms with walk in closets. The family bedroom will never be forgotten with a queen size bed plus a bunk bed with full size mattresses up and down and the option to descend by the ladder or slide.

We are delighted to share our suite - an exceptional accommodation for 12 guests -- only a few quiet, safe luxury steps from the sights of downtown Salt Lake.

Met our needs

Needed a place for two families to stay for an extended weekend. Property was conveniently located for what we wanted to do and had everything we needed. Bedrooms on the smaller side due to having large beds, so that was a little tough for our 2 year old to navigate without bumping his head a few times. The only negative is that the walls are super thin; you hear people above you, as well as those staying with you. But overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Cozy little condo

We were in town for a convention at the Salt Palace. This cozy condo was absolutely perfect. It comfortably slept 8 women. Any more would have been too tight. The condo could be hard to find but feels so tucked away and safe. We had the best time. We felt like we had a home to go back to after long days. This condo was better stocked than any other rental I've ever used.

Wonderful communication with Toni. Great close walking to a local hike (city creek park to city creek canyon). Walking to City Creek shopping and restaurants. Extremely Clean and spacious for our group of 6. Very nice to have 2 reserved parking spaces off street. The kitchen was fully stocked, Cold water bottles upon arrival. Also important items like extra paper towels, lots of k cups for coffee, stocked for cooking and nice selection of condiments in cupboard, also extra toilet paper, extra towels and wonderful toiletries in the bathrooms, everything that was needed for a stay. Great location for our family

The space was very nice and the location was great. We walked or rode the Trax everywhere. It was cold outside and we were bundled up and enjoyed the experience. The VRBO had everything we needed and had a fully stocked kitchen with all the all of the non pearishable baking needs, if one would want to cook/bake there. Just need to purchase the perishables. It is a basement unit, but that was not a problem at all. We would definitely stay there again next year at this time, if it is available. Our family travels to SLC every year during the Christmas season and spends a weekend enjoying the Christmas season in downtown SLC area walking and riding the train to get places.

Overall it is was great stay at this apartment, it was very close to all downtown venues I needed to get to. Very close to restaurants and shopping. The pictures make it look a bit bigger than it actually is but it worked fine for 8 of us. We would definitely stay here again!

The property manager was very kind and was easy to work with. This was a first experience with VRBO and we will do it again. Great location and walking distance to downtown. It was a basement apartment so the upstairs tenants were a little loud and we could hear about everything. Other than that, it was perfect and would do this property again. It was very clean and well set up. One thing was no patio for relaxing on and being outside.

Good Clean Home

This was a great location, everything was perfect. The house was immaculate. They had everything we needed. The only thing I would have the owners change are the stairs, they are very steep, and I think they should be replaced. And put fans in the bathrooms. Very nice, open and also cozy feeling in the home. I have stayed in other places up town but this was the best. Thanks for a great stay.

Wonderful Downtown Apartment

I have stayed in a lot of vacation rentals and this was one of my favorites! Completely modern finishes awesome layout, and superb location. There were 7 of us and a baby and we were completely comfortable. The kitchen was amazing to cook in, and we enjoyed the short walk to the downtown area. Highly reccomend this gem of a place!
