Welcome to this warm and inviting home nestled in the suburbs of Salt Lake City!
This home offers a beautiful view of the Wasatch Mountains, is just 15 minutes to downtown Salt Lake City and 20 minutes to world class hiking and skiing.
This inviting West Jordan home boasts plenty of room for a comfortable stay and is a very safe and quiet neighborhood.
Our desire is that you leave feeling your stay with us was pleasant and of great value. We also hope that you will visit us again and that you have a positive 5 star experience and recommend us to your family and friends.
In the unlikely event something is not to your satisfaction, kindly bring it to our attention right away and we will do our best to correct it without delay.
THE SPACE:
Our well appointed home is the perfect space for those who are traveling on business as well as for pleasure.
The home comes equipped with 5 bedrooms; 1 King & 4 Queen size beds and includes TV's with cable and radio alarm clocks in each room.
Three bedrooms are upstairs and two bedrooms are in the lower level.
(Please note: Bedroom #5 does not have a window).
There are 3 1/2 bathrooms - one on each floor, plus the master en suite, all come supplied with plenty of linens.
The front room is designed for relaxation in a peaceful environment, reading a book, or simply enjoying a quiet conversation.
Enjoy the large family room, watching TV, listening to music, or simply visiting with one another, while enjoying the cozy gas fire place to keep you warm.
There's plenty of room to whip up your favorite meal in the kitchen, which comes fully equipped with all the pots & pans, dishes, and utensils needed, for that delicious meal for you and your guests to enjoy!
And certainly don't miss out on the private back yard, where lovely conversation seating, gas fire pit and BBQ grill, including a fantastic fenced-in yard awaits you and your guests to enjoy as well.
The home is equipped with the NEST system: front door smart lock, automated thermostat, alarm system and security on the outside premises for safety purposes.
Please NOTE: The garage is not available. There is a shed to store your skis and the driveway provides room for 3 vehicles.

GETTING AROUND:
It's always easier to have a car to get around the Salt Lake valley because the valley and ski resorts are spread out. However; the rail system (TRAX) is accessible from the home, to most places in the Salt Lake Valley including the Airport!
From the airport, take the TRAX Green Line #704 to the Courthouse stop. At the Courthouse stop, jump on the TRAX Red Line #703 to the West Jordan City Center Train station and this home is just a short, less than a mile, walk!
Looking to see the sights downtown? No worries! Walk on over to the West Jordan City Center Train station. Take the TRAX Red Line #703 it takes you right down town!
Note: There are 2 train stations within walking distance from the house:
- West Jordan train station
- Gardner Village train station
(Maps and train Trax schedule are available at the home.)
There is also the public bus system. Passengers can board just outside the neighborhood.

Check-out instructions
The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Checkout time is 10:00 a.m.
Please load all used dishes into the dishwasher and start it.
Place all used towels in the laundry room.
Please do not make the beds that were used.
Take all garbage to the trash cans on the street side of the house.
If the outside grill was used, please clean up the inside grill plate, turn the tank off and replace the grill cover.
If the gas fire pit was used, please make certain the tank is turned off and cover is placed over it.
Close & tie umbrellas on patio.
Lastly, make certain all windows and doors are shut and locked.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

This home sits in a central location of the Salt Lake Valley, and is just minutes to the center of the city. The home is close to all the main freeways: I-15, I-215 and Bangerter Hwy as well as walking distance to the train station. There is plenty of local shops and eatery's close by, including movie theater and even a small local live theater.
