Excellent location for exploring and getting around New Hampshire. The property's proximity to roads as well as local and surrounding amenities is very good. We enjoyed the private and spacious outside area around the property which is a lovely setting for a quiet peaceful stay. The property had everything we needed, and more. Owners were very responsive, helpful and friendly. Recommended.

Great House in a pretty location
Had a great weekend stay at this house. House was comfortable and welcoming for our family of 4. Enjoyed playing in the snow, walking down to the nearby river, skiing at Cannon and sledding at the Franconia inn. Went to Schilling brewery in Littleton on owner's recommendation which was great food for families and good beer.

Cozy with great views
Really enjoyed this house. Quiet with great views of Cannon. Clean house, plenty of towels, hot water (winter rental) and kitchen supplies. Took use a few tries to figure out wood stove. There are directions but we needed a little extra help from You Tube. Once you get the fire going - place heats up nicely! Didn't watch TV but liked knowing we could log into our Netflix account if need be.
Would stay here again! Also - you have to hit up Pollys Pancakes. It's nearby and has fantastic pancakes

The house is very cute and family friendly, looks just as it does in the pictures.
We had a great stay! My husband and I were there with our young children. The house is in a convenient location close to town but quiet and peaceful. We were there during record cold temperatures and as such did use the wood stove which worked great but could be a problem with a toddler also the stairs going to the upstairs bedrooms are very steep and again with very small children could be tough. The house well stocked with everything you need, clean and cute. Amy was very easy to communicate with. Enjoyed skiing at Cannon, sledding at the Franconia Inn and eating at a brewery in Lincoln, Schillings. Would definitely return!
