It is situated in the Costa del Sole residential complex, with a communal swimming pool (opening guaranteed from 15/05-30/09). The apartment is suitable for people with reduced mobility as it is completely on the ground floor and all rooms have manoeuvring spaces suitable for a wheelchair. The bathroom is fully accessible and designed to ensure comfort and safety. It is equipped with a large sliding door to facilitate wheelchair access, floor-level shower with support handles. The washbasin is installed at an accessible height with free space underneath to allow wheelchair approach. The WC is equipped with a handrail on one side and a foldable grab bar on the other for easy and safe use. Non-slip surfaces and adequate lighting complete a functional and inclusive environment.The master bedroom has ample manoeuvring space at the foot of the bed, a safe, and a large wardrobe.
