Spacious three-room apartment of approximately 65 square metres, located in Lazise, about 1500 metres from the historic centre and beach, in the Miralago residential complex, with swimming pool and large sunbathing area (open from 15/05 to 30/09). Public parking is available for guests. The ground floor apartment can accommodate 4 to 6 people and consists of a living room with a fully equipped kitchen including refrigerator, gas hob, oven, American coffee machine and toaster, and a double sofa bed. The living room overlooks a beautiful enclosed garden suitable for safely hosting your four-legged friend. Large private terrace equipped with sun shade, table and chairs for pleasant outdoor meals. Windowed bathroom with washing machine and shower box, master bedroom with large wardrobe and a room with bunk bed. Air conditioning, satellite TV and WiFi available for guests. Pets are allowed upon request. Smoking is not permitted inside the accommodation. We have a second apartment on the first floor with lake view.

The final price is composed of:

- RENTAL FEE paid directly to the owner, on whose behalf Regarda acts

- GUEST SERVICES (check-in, check-out, bed linen, towels, courtesy line, on-site assistance, professional cleaning, booking management, commission paid by the host to the portal, correspondence etc.) offered by Regarda Travel to the tenant.
