Recently renovated, using antique tiles. Equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, washing machine, microwave, electric oven, and small kitchen appliances. Beautiful view of the Church of São Vicente (from the living room) and the trees of the square (from the bedrooms). First floor without elevator. Very quiet area.
