Appia Antica, GROUND FLOOR quiet 130 sqm air conditioned with porch and barbecue for exclusive use of 40 sqm in villa with garden and outdoor jacuzzi. Accessible for disabled people who are not able to walk, it consists of 3 bedrooms with two beds each, 2 bathrooms, one with an en-suite jacuzzi, large living room, living room with fireplace and large kitchen. The villa is located between the Appia Antica Park and the Aqueduct Park, close to golf courses and tennis courts. It is one hundred meters from a shopping center with bank, supermarket, bar, newsagent, several restaurants and pizzerias and about 70 meters from the bus stop 118 that takes you to the Roman Forum and the Colosseum, through the Appia Antica, the Baths of Caracalla, the Circus Maximus, the Catacombs and many other wonders of ancient Rome. Other buses about 100 meters away lead to the metro A, EUR and Cinecittà. Outside the villa there is FREE PARKING available on a private road. Smoking is allowed only in outdoor areas.
