Beautiful Apartment in Lisbon – Perfect Location & Friendly Staff : We really enjoyed our stay in Lisbon. The apartment was very clean, in a perfect location, and the staff were friendly and responsive. We highly recommend it and would happily stay here again.

Will definitely stay there again great location and beautiful condo !!!! : Great location very safe comfortable checking in instructions were very clear and easy. The place is also comfortable and very clean decorated with good taste and fully equipped. The air conditioner, we tried everything I emailed you guys and you were very responsive but with your instructions still din’t cool ,We looked up the model and how to work the remote no matter what we did it was too hot ,, didn’t want to keep bugging,,,, but we were grateful for the fans , it would be nice to have at least a few coffee pods to start our day,,, I can’t operate waking and not having coffee , we wake up early before any thing is open. Just a suggestion every thing else was great.

Overall, this was an good stay for what we needed - a place to sleep in a great location as we were

Overall, this was an good stay for what we needed - a place to sleep in a great location as we were mostly in and out of the apartment - Video instructions to enter were easy to follow (different codes needed for the gate, building, and elevator) - It's a short walk up to the main area in Chiado, which was nice since our flight landed late and we were able to take a short walk to McDonalds to eat dinner - The shower got water everywhere since there was a half shower door and the shower head was spraying everywhere. Realized that there is a right an wrong way (upside down) to attach the shower to the handle. The towels were small and low quality - The air conditioning never cooled down the apartment, we found it better to open the windows. The batteries in the remote control were flipped upside down, so it seems like they didn't want us to use the AC. We moved the fan from the living room to the bedroom - No dryer machine after washing clothes, there is a drying rack in one of the closets - Super annoying beeping sound that we couldn't place in the living room area, but couldn't hear it once we closed the bedroom door

La localización es excelente, pero el aire acondicionado no enfriaba y hacía muchísimo calor en la casa. Además, se eschuchaba un ligero pitido en el salón muy desagradable. Por otro lado, faltaban cosas en la cocina como paños, manteles individuales, y las tazas y vasos eran escasos. No repetiría.
