Thank you for your review, Denis, and we’re very sorry to hear about the issues you encountered during your stay. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the TV, coffee maker, kitchen linens, and the cleaning odor, as well as the lack of natural ventilation. Please know that these were exceptional circumstances and have been addressed to prevent them from happening in the future. We hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a much improved and more comfortable experience. Warm regards, Carla - Home2Book Team
