This is a wonderful desert home in PGA West and is a lovely vacation rental. The home is equipped with a private pebble-tec pool and spa. The outdoor patio is perfect for entertaining and the spacious great-room design blends the indoors with the outdoors. There are 3 spacious bedrooms with 2 of them having en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet with beautiful mountain views. The home is on the fairway of the Jack Nicklaus public course so you can swing by to say hello in the middle of your round :) This is also located perfectly for the polo field for all of the festivals. We ended up staying at one of the best places I have stayed at PGA West. The backyard view is unbelievable! We stayed an extra night because we loved it so much. Jeff is an amazing host and will definitely return.

We really enjoyed our stay. Jeff was very responsive and accommodating. The pool was lovely. My only critique comes down to cleanliness which could have been improved along with the quality of the sheets-they were very worn and pilled.

Jeff’s home was perfect for our quick 3 day trip for the 2 of us. We love the view! The home was clean and everything functional! Aircon in the summer is crucial and we had no flow issues in primary bedroom. We hope for a responsive owner/ management team and Jeff was that. But the great things was no issues at the home and that is always the best. Would love to stay at Jeff’s home in the future!

Perfect desert get away

This house was very clean in a secure gated community, we choose this location because of how close it was to the BMW performance driving school. I look forward to staying here again when it's just me and my wife.

enjoy A sunset over the Santa Rosa mountains

This condo is very upscale with its own pool/jacuzzi on the golf course! It’s fully equipped....we never even left! Our family can’t wait to come back!

My wife and I recently stayed at this property over Memorial Day weekend and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Location is amazing (especially for golfers), pool and jacuzzi were amazing, the house was spacious and clean. Only negative experience was difficulty getting to the property as google maps will try to take you in the back gate of the property, which is not accessible by guests. Overall 5 stars!

Not exactly what we expected. Stayed three nights and expected the house to be a bit dated given the photos on VRBO, which was not a problem. However, what we did not expect was for the rugs, carpets and living room couch to be filthy (photos were sent to Jeff directly). Everything else was super clean and the pool was nice, but this left us feeling a bit disappointed. Jeff was responsive and apologetic and even offered to send carpet cleaners but that was the last thing we wanted while on vacation. There were also other small issues with the internet, cable and lightening, etc. Jeff assured us he was not aware of these issues, and I’ll take him at his word, but that doesn’t change our experience. A discount for a future stay was also offered but not a partial refund. Given the options at PGA West, probably won’t be back.

Everything you need for a great Desert stay is here !! The Host is very good with communication and the views are amazing . Great pool and Spa , fantastic kitchen and outdoor BBQ . It was everything we asked for and look for and more . Was able to park a car full of musical equipment in the 3 car garage and not worry about it for the 4 days we were there . Great Master suite with nice full Bath . The views are better in person and the Golf Course is a gorgeous backdrop for that Back Yard . I’d go back again to the same place if I ever go back to La Quinta . Absolutely 5 stars . And yes , pet friendly . So so nice .

Desert Trip

Location is awesome. Nice house but a little dated. Only disappointment was the cleanliness wasn’t quite on par for this type of property. Pieces of cereal on floor and between couch cushions. Kitchen counters weren’t cleaned well before we arrived. Great pool and amazing views though. It’s a great house.

Golf trip done right

My friends and I booked this house because it was on a golf course. The reviews were good and it didn't disappoint. It was very clean and the property owner, Jeff, was very responsive with any questions. There was also a house manual describing how to use everything... very helpful. All in all a great trip.

Perfect Desert Getaway

Our group absolutely loved staying at this property. It is fully equipped with anything you may need for your desert getaway. Very nice beds, living areas and outside pool area. Will be looking to stay here again our next trip to La Quinta!

Fantastic La Quinta getaway!

The perfect property to spend a long weekend with friends after Covid! Spacious home with everything we needed during our visit, and the gorgeous pool with golf course view was exactly what we needed on a hot weekend! Small issue on first night was quickly and professionally remedied by the owner and his communication was excellent. Highly recommend!

An absolutely lovely property with a fantastic view, in a quiet and pretty neighbourhood.

We were very pleased with our stay at this home. It is well appointed. The king size bed in the master bedroom was particularly comfortable and the layout of the house is great. A nice touch was that there were condiments and kitchen supplies laid in, as well as laundry supplies. My only issue was that you could not heat the pool and the hot tub at the same time and for the last five days of my stay the pool just wouldn't seem to heat at all. The owner's remote application said that the pool was heating but it was not. It was impossible to swim in it as the weather was extremely chilly. This was very frustrating as I like to swim every day after playing golf and then have a hot tub and I was unable to swim. I had picked this property especially because it had a heated pool and hot tub. Other than that problem, which I expect the owner will be looking into, I would highly recommend this property.
