Great location in a quiet neighborhood.

Marina was a great host meeting me at the boat and walking me through check in. The location was easy to walk to destinations but out of the busy crowds.

Amazing apartment. Fab location away from the crowds.

Excellent layout and interior design. Kitchen inventory very good for self catering. Located away from the crowds, yet close enough that the walk is lovely. Apartment manager gave lots of information and was most welcoming and helpful during our stay. Highly recommended and would stay again for sure.

Beautiful, calm apartment and gracious host!

This is a lovely apartment with all of the amenities you could want. Although it's a little farther from the action, it's quiet and the best location to take a boat to Murano or Burano. Maria was very helpful and is a wonderful decorator! We would definitely stay here again!

This apt in Venice was our favorite stop in all of Italy!

The apartment is in a perfect location, close to everything. We were a family of four and the apartment was spacious and has everything you need (even more), so great to come back to a comfortable place to hang. Maria was great, met us at the dock, had great information on restaurants and how to get around. This apt in Venice was our favorite stop in all of Italy.

We had a wonderful experience. The apartment was clean, functional and in the most wonderful neighbourhood in Venice! The location is excellent. Every major site was within a 15-20 minute walk. We would most definitely recommend this apartment. We really appreciated the suggestions and hints that were provided from Maria, the manager. Great client service!

Perfect Stay in Venice!

The host was incredibly helpful answering all questions and meeting us off the boat. She took us to the apartment and provided us with very helpful information for our stay. There is a great grocery store very close and also the Hospital is very close. The apartment is in a quiet area and not overrun with tousists however is still very close to all of the hustle and bustle of this is your preference. The apartment is a great size and beautifully decorated.

Wow Maria was so good with communication, met us from the boat even late at night, nothing was missed out all toiletries condiments, cleaning stuff... We found ourselves really well!

We found ourselves really well, we are a family of 3 people and the apartment will meet our needs, as described in the listing. The best thing is the location: close to everything but still very quiet. The apartment is very nice, well maintained and clean. We felt at ease straight away and I highly recommend it even for short periods because it is immediately inside the Venice to visit. We were followed by Maria, both before arrival and during our stay, in a timely and unobtrusive and we really hope to be back soon!

Very Pleasant Apartment in Convenient Location

We stayed for six nights at Maria's apartment. She met us from the boat at Fte Nove and showed us the way there, a five minute walk; it is a fifteen minute walk to Piazza San Marco and ten from the Rialto, in a not-too touristy part of Venice near some great restaurants where locals eat, and close to shopping (Campo Santa Marina, 5 minutes). The apartment was larger than the photos suggest and very nicely decorated, with good facilities, and quite quiet. The neighbours were lovely. We really enjoyed staying there.

Great location & host

Our host Maria met us at the water bus stop and guided us to her apartment. With the confusing streets of Venice this was much appreciated. She took the time to show us around the apartment and ideas regarding the neighbourhood. She returned on the day we left and promptly ensured we would receive our damage deposit quickly. The apartment is excellent and fairly quiet. Lots of room and all the amenities.

Maria was a joy to work with. She meet us at our water taxi spot on time and took us to the apartment and explained all we needed to know. The apartment is just as advertised , no surprises. Fantastic Appartment and Host!

The host was fantastic and was very thorough with everything making sure everything was in check before even flying over to Venice. She even met us at the nearest boat stop from the Airport to show us to the appartment to make sure we didn't get lost. She was very accomodating and the appartment was lovely too - only about 10 minutes walk away from the Saint Mark's and Rialto Bridge. The street the appartment is on a nice quiet street so you won't be struggling to get a good night's sleep. We liked it so much that I would be more than happy to stay again next time we visit Venice!

We recently stayed in Ca' dei Carpini in Venice. It was perfect for our family. Well priced, good kitchen and bathroom, good heating ( in winter ), and a perfect location. We walked everywhere. The close restaurants, fresh food market and excellent bakery and supermarket made cooking at home easy. Before arriving Maria had sent all the information to get home from the airport and it was very easy to get at the apt.Maria checked us in and out and was friendly, helpful and reliable and perfectly charming. We would definitely recommend it! ...and hope to be back soon!

Very Nice apartment tucked away from the crowded city center

The owner was very nice and provided lot of information to us about the city, gave a map and even provided some coffee and tea supplies to us. The cooking ware and dishes were all quite good. The cooking range is induction based and was cool (pun intended). She answered my calls and responded to my messages whenever I needed some help or had questions to be answered about my visit to Venice and it is very,very important to have someone local to support you and she was wonderful!! The apartment is very close to the actv water bus system and is also conveniently placed to reach st marks square or the Rialto bridge with a 15 minute walk.

Perfect apartment! and great customer service

The apartment was perfect for our first trip to Venice because it is very centrally located, making it easy to walk to all the main attractions. It is also near the supermarket, and many nice places to eat, and the water bus stop is very close, even though we had a good walk to most places of interest. One of the real benefits was enjoying breakfast in the sun or an evening drink on the squares around the house! The apartment was very clean and well equipped, and Maria, who met us was very helpful. We wanted to check out early on a Sunday morning, and she arranged for us with no problems Saturday night to return the deposit. Everything went very well. In general we found the area was very quiet. We would stay again. Thanks Maria!

The house was a surprise, very nice, bright and fully equipped. We often go to Venice and we know the city well. The apt is an elegant apartment, the perfect starting point for our walk around Venice. We could walk everywhere without any problems, with the water at your doorstep. Maria was very professional and helpful, from the reservation has given us many directions. When we arrived at the boat stop she came to pick us up and walked us to the apartment and at the apartment Maria explained everything we needed to know and gave us some good tips where we could go. If we had any questions for Maria, we could just text her and get an immediate response. If you are going to Venice I definitely recommend this apartment. We'll be back for sure!

Great location and apartment.

We just returned from our trip to Italy and spent 4 nights in Venice where we stayed at Ca' Dei Carpini in June 2017. It is a comfortable appartment located in the Cannaregio area. It was only about a 4 minute walk to Fondementa Nova ( for transfers to the airport, train station, bus terminus, day trips to the neighboring islands or just to grab a Vaporato when we were too exhausted to walk). The Hostesss, the lovely Maria, met us on arrival at the Alilaguna stop and walked us to the appartemt, where she went over all of the details. The appartment itself is well equipped for basic needs. We didn't cook (so many wonderful eateries in the area) so cannot comment on that. We loved being able to step out early in the mornings and coming back in the afternoon to rest and then heading out again in the evenings without the crazy tourist rush so we could truly enjoy the beautiful City. We were glad we stayed here, close to all the main attractions yet isolated enough that we never felt we were in the midst of tourists.

Check out troubles

Very difficult check out. Had to be out by 10:00 Am which I did not know ( probably my fault) but irrespective that is too early to have to check out. Absolutely no place to leave luggage. since our flight was in the evening. There should be some solution on where one can leave luggage that is convenient. I would have been happy to pay a neighbor to do it. The hostess gave us a place but the address was incorrect and only after over an hour and a half of searching and asking people did we find it but it was so far away and up and down several bridges that it was not possible to use the location to store our luggage..
