My family and I had a great one night stay here. We appreciated the multiple bathrooms and two showers, which can be hard to find! The bedrooms were not set up as the photos show, with one bedroom having two beds in it, and one having a bunk bed, instead of each room having one bed in them. But it still worked for our group. The outdoor space was lovely. Important to note to make sure to type in the exact address that ends in "Rd", not "Ave", as there is a street with the same name right next to the location which confused us at first until we realized our mistake. Highly recommend this listing, especially for families!

A very basic clean but found mouldy food in cupboards and empty bottles and crisp packets in one of the cupboards. House is not as advertised. There are now bunkbeds in one of the rooms, there is now a double bed and a single bed in another room instead of a double and the sofas in the living room are not sofa beds. Plus there wouldn’t have been bedding and pillows if they were. No games or play area for kids despite it saying there was. No console. Limited cutlery plates etc. We made the best of it as it was for one night but it has so much potential and sadly not greatly executed. We had to leave rubbish piled at side of bins as they were literally overflowing.

We really enjoyed staying at this property! It was nice, clean, and spacious enough for all 9 of us (6 adults, 3 kids) while we visited Edinburgh. Check-in was a little tricky because we weren't getting messages through the app or by logging into the website (so we had no idea how to get into the property itself until the last minute). We ended up reaching out to customer support. But that was probably a tech issue on our end? We definitely recommend this property.
