The property was nice. Unfortunately, the air con didn’t work properly so it wasn’t very cool. In one of the bedrooms the unit leaked water onto the floor so we had to turn it off. My main concern was the cleaning fee for a month’s stay this much higher than we have paid renting other properties which was disappointing.

Hi Dawn, Thank you so much for taking the time to share your review. We are truly sorry to hear about the issues you experienced with the air conditioning during your stay. We wish we had known while you were here, as we have a dedicated local maintenance team on call who would have been more than happy to pop by immediately to resolve the issue so you could enjoy a fully comfortable, cool stay. Please rest assured that we have already informed our maintenance team, and they are addressing and fixing any issues with the unit right away for all future stays. Regarding the cleaning fee for longer stays, we appreciate your feedback. For month-long visits, our fee covers a deep, comprehensive clean prior to arrival and one during mid-stay to maintain the property to the highest standards. Our top priority is ensuring our guests have a seamless, relaxing holiday, and we always encourage guests to reach out to us during their stay so we can fix any issue on the spot. Thank you again for staying with us, and we would love the opportunity to welcome you back in the future!

Merci Ketleen
