This beautiful 90m² two-bedroom apartment is located on the 4th floor and is accessible by lift, directly above the CaniçoShopping complex. It offers easy access to shops, restaurants, and essential amenities for a truly convenient stay.
Inside, the apartment features a bright and welcoming layout, including a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms.
The living area is furnished with a large, comfortable sofa and a wide-screen TV, ideal for cosy evenings in. Step out onto the balcony to take in breathtaking views over Caniço, the Atlantic Ocean, and the Desertas Islands in the distance, a perfect spot to unwind with a drink or enjoy the sunset.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need to prepare home cooked meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, and dining table for four. For added convenience, there is also a washing machine and ironing equipment to handle your laundry during your stay.
Both bedrooms feature double beds dressed in hotel-quality linens for a restful night’s sleep. One of the bedrooms includes an ensuite bathroom for extra privacy and comfort.
If you are travelling with a baby, a crib is available for your convenience.
The two bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience from start to finish.
The property includes private parking for one car, making it convenient for guests with their own vehicles.

With a mild subtropical climate, Caniço enjoys warm summers and mild winters, making it an ideal year-round destination. This charming town combines coastal and mountain views, serene beaches, public gardens and a vibrant local gastronomic offer.
In the immediate vicinity of the apartment, guests will find various attractions, such as the gardens of Garajau and Quinta Splendida, the Azenha levada, the Lido Galomar bathing complex, the iconic Cristo Rei statue with its cable car, as well as the Garajau and Reis Magos Nature Reserves, renowned for their rich marine life, crystal-clear waters and excellent conditions for swimming, snorkelling or diving.
The area is well served by local commerce, including stores, cafés, bakeries, fruit stores, supermarkets and restaurants offering everything from typical Madeiran dishes to international options. Here, you can enjoy fresh seafood by the sea, such as the traditional “Lapas Grelhadas”, indulge in a “Espetada Madeirense” or the famous “Bolo do Caco” at Talho do Caniço, or try an authentic “Poncha”, a typical drink made with brandy and fruit, available at the local market.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest bus stop, Est. João G. Zarco / Rua Do Concelho is just a 4-minute walk.
Madeira Airport is a 12-minute drive from the property.
This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
