In light of the COVID-19, we wanted to re-assure all guests that we take cleaning very seriously and have the best and most thorough cleaning crew on Lake Hamilton, safely and properly cleaning the property.

This beautiful single level home sits on just under 300 feet of lakefront property overlooking gorgeous Lake Hamilton. The location just off the main channel on a quiet cove with little boat traffic makes this house perfect for swimming and outdoor activities, house comes with 2 Kayaks for enjoying the lake. The main house includes 4 bedrooms and 3 baths with 2 decks and a lovely sunroom with which to enjoy the evening sunset. With 2 master suites, a queen bedroom, and a room with a set of bunk beds with a trundle, it's perfect for multiple families. The main house also includes 2 wide screen tv'. The adjacent cottage only 20 feet from the main house has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths with 1 queen bed and 3 sets of bunk beds. There is a small kitchen with fridge coffee maker and microwave for you. The cottage also includes a Ping Pong table, Foosball table for entertaining the kids. Uverse programming and wifi for all of the property. The double dock accomodates 2 or more boats and has a great swim deck with awesome views. For a getaway at the lake, this house has it all! Minimum rental - 2 night rental off season, 3 night summer.

Beautiful lake home with great views. The home is in a great location right on the lake, and the views were excellent throughout our stay. The setting itself was the highlight.there were no TVs in any of the rooms, which is pretty uncommon these days and something we would have preferred. We also ran into a few maintenance issues in the cottage, including some electrical problems. The dishwasher didn’t seem to get dishes fully clean, and the trash compactor was broken during our stay. Additionally, there were no plastic cups available. Overall, a nice lake house with beautiful scenery, but a few amenities and maintenance updates would improve the experience.

This was the PERFECT place for a family 40th birthday celebration. The separate cottage was amazing and the foosball / ping pong kept the teens busy. Everyone had enough space. The kitchen had everything you needed - including crock pots! The outdoor space was so shady and comfortable. The dock was perfect for fishing. Would highly recommend this house for your stay in Hot Springs! We would definitely stay here again!

Relaxing house on the lake

This house had plenty of room for 3 couples to sleep & relax. The view from the patio was so peaceful.We enjoyed watching the geese in the lake. We enjoyed the sun room that had 2 couches set up for conversations. While needing some updates, it did not distract from our wonderful stay The location was near Garvan Gardens & downtown. We look forward to future stays.

Loved staying on the lake and plenty of room for the 10 of us. The house just needs a handyman to spend a day fixing a lot of little things. I reported the issues to the owner and he was unaware of them but hopefully issues will get fixed. Otherwise close to many activities. Needs new carpet as well.
