Located in the locality of La Pila, just a few minutes by car from the beautiful sandy beach of Marina di Campo, partly free and partly equipped with bathing establishments. In the town you can find clubs, shops, supermarkets and all the services necessary to make your holiday pleasant. Also very convenient for reaching the sandy beach of Procchio which is only a few minutes by car and the other beaches of Cavoli and Fetovaia.
Delightful independent villa, recently renovated, consisting of a living room with kitchenette, double bedroom, twin bedroom and bathroom with shower. The property is surrounded by a garden and has an outdoor area equipped with table and chairs, barbecue, air conditioning, mosquito nets, TV, washing machine and parking space. Pets allowed with a supplement. Linen not available, it is possible to rent it with a supplement.
