No need to worry about your guests, the additional bedroom also comes with a queen bed and closet with plenty of space. The house is capable of housing four individuals comfortably with extra space for everyone. The marvelous office space invites you to explore the intriguing variety of books with the atmosphere of an intellectual working space.
The living room has seating that runs down the walls making a bold L shape, perfect for the apple TV entertainment and music center. The furniture of this house is incredibly unique and special, coming in completely with it’s own personality. As Tucson slips into it’s refreshing winter, the house’s lighting recreates the entire house to look like a completely different home at night. Don’t forget about the charcoal grill and outdoor fridge in that welcoming patio. The property is given access to the neighborhood’s community pool which is a year round treat in the desert!
Staying in this great property also means you are five minutes away from some of Tucson’s most signature hiking areas, (Sabino Canyon Recreational Area, Ventana Canyon Trailhead, Finger Rock Trailhead, Catalina State Park)
The homeowner stays half the year in the rental, and has emptied the unit of all personal items,, so everything in there is ready to share. Except for the garage and the dresser in the master bedroom, but of course there are two parking spaces for the unit by driveway. A temporary mailing address can also be provided upon request. You’ll meet the co-owner of the unit at check in as well.
