The Space:
Jacksons Barn is a beautifully converted two-bedroom stone barn located in the quiet hamlet of Water Yeat, just a short distance from the southern shores of Coniston Water. Surrounded by peaceful countryside and framed by traditional slate and stone, the barn offers a warm and characterful base for exploring the Lake District.
Upstairs, the open-plan living and dining area is full of natural light and rustic charm. Vaulted ceilings, exposed beams, and soft textures create a space that is both inviting and relaxed. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a fridge freezer, oven, stove, microwave, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, and all the cookware and utensils you need to prepare everything from breakfast to supper.
Downstairs, you’ll find two well-appointed bedrooms. The master bedroom features a comfy king bed and an en suite shower room. The second bedroom, a twin bedroom, hosts two single beds and an en suite bathroom, making it ideal for families or flexible sleeping arrangements.
Outside, a private patio and shared garden space offer views across the surrounding hills. This is the perfect spot to enjoy a quiet morning coffee or a peaceful evening with a drink. The barn also has private parking for two vehicles and welcomes well-behaved dogs.
Guest Access:
