Lovely and relaxing stay in this delightful traditional cottage. The host, Laure was attentive and very welcoming. We loved the fresh eggs and the pool and the views are wonderful. Very tranquil yet only five minutes to the village shops.

Countryside break

We had a lovely week at the Montmery Farm. Even with poor weather we used the warm (28*C) pool and walked on the many paths. We brought our puppy with us (7mths old) from the UK and were en-route to see old friends further south. One thing that one must remember from the UK is that many many rentals do not provide linen (sheets and towels and tea towels) which is always disappointing but for an extra fee you can have them, this should be made more clear in the price and listing. I know all UK properties provide ALL of this included, so be aware. The pictures are true of what you get and the kitchen really has everything you need.

TrĂšs bon sĂ©jour Ă  Ambazac et ses environs. La maison est trĂšs bien placĂ©e pour rĂ©aliser de nombreuses randonnĂ©es et toutes les commoditĂ©s nĂ©cessaires sont Ă  quelques minutes autour. L’accueil des gardiens est trĂšs sympathique. L’extĂ©rieur de la maison et le paysage alentour sont exceptionnels. L’intĂ©rieur de la maison est trĂšs joli mais manque d’entretien. Choix Ă©tonnant de faire payer l’électricitĂ© en supplĂ©ment vue la somme dĂ©risoire en comparaison du coĂ»t de la location.
