Extensive Family Property 19 th in the Countryside With Heated Pool

Large and beautiful family home renovated with old materials, in a preserved environment in the middle of nature (no neighbors), large indoor and outdoor spaces, salt water swimming pool heated to 26 degrees.
4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, very large living room, very well equipped kitchen, wifi, games (pool games, ping pong table, badminton). Wifi, TV.
Sleeps 10 people, cot, high chair.
Please note: there is a swimming pool behind the house and a pond in front of the house, not protected by a barrier. We can therefore only accept children who can swim or babies who do not yet walk.
Water supply from a private drinking water source. In the event of a severe drought, restrictions will have to be respected. There are also water reserves (non-drinkable) to supply the showers and appliances in the house in this case. The swimming pool is operating normally even if water restrictions.
Supermarket, baker, butcher 4 km away.
Visit medieval villages, local markets, Lake Vassivière and Millevache plateau 30 km away.

Impressive country property, with large grounds and excellent walks on your doorstep in the surrounding woods, trails and area in general. Heated pool a great addition in the warm weather. Property without near neighbours and the local town close by for all the essentials, including Boulangerie and supermarket.
