Our stay at Villa Historia in Oia was absolutely exceptional and one of the highlights of our trip to Greece. The villa is a beautifully restored Captain’s villa, spotlessly clean, and offers everything needed for a relaxing and memorable stay.The pool was a particular highlight—perfect for cooling off during the day while enjoying the stunning surroundings and peaceful atmosphere. We spent many hours relaxing there especially when Oia was very busy and crowded during the afternoon. The rooftop terrace also allowed us to enjoy the famous Oia sunset.The location in Oia is ideal. It is close enough to enjoy Oia’s restaurants, shops, and breathtaking sunset views, yet tucked away enough to provide privacy and tranquility. It was the perfect base for exploring the village.We would highly recommend Villa Historia to anyone visiting Santorini and would not hesitate to stay there again. A wonderful property, a fantastic location made for a perfect holiday.

We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Historia! The location was perfect. It was right downtown giving us access to everything in Oia within just steps but still feeling peaceful and private. The communication was outstanding. The staff was incredibly responsive and made our trip so much easier by arranging transportation from the ferry port to the villa and from the villa to the airport.The villa itself is absolutely stunning. It has so much charm and character, and it has been beautifully restored while preserving its authentic feel. Walking through the front entrance and seeing the gorgeous porch with hot tub and backyard with the pool and rooftop views for the first time was a true "wow" moment. Every detail was thoughtfully designed, and the accommodations inside were elegant, comfortable, and immaculate.If you're looking for a place that combines authentic Santorini charm with exceptional hospitality, Villa Historia is an easy five-star recommendation. We would happily stay here again!
