Private 4 bedroom 2 full bath property with newly fenced in backyard to enjoy the fire pit or kids/pets running around. In a quaint neighborhood centrally located to a buzzing restaurants, grocery stores, and shops. Plenty of space for parking in 1 car garage, driveway or on a private street.Our house has all the kitchen amenities; convection oven, deep fryer, regular coffee and Keurig machine, stainless steel appliances with a fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops for all of your baking and dining needs. Only 2 miles from FSU campus. Go Noles!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please remove all trash and place in trash can or recycle bin on the side of the house.
Place AC on 78 degrees prior to leaving.
Please lock up and place keys in lock box. Code will be given morning of arrival.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Make sure doors are locked before leaving house. Lock box should be closed.
No outside guests allowed to stay.
As a courtesy to neighbors, guests should be settled in the house at night no later than 2;00 A.M.

We absolutely love this house that we bought for our kids to stay while attending FSU. Our last one just graduated, but we didn't want to sell the house because we love coming to our Tallahassee home. We decided to turn it into a short term rental so we could have the best of both worlds. We hope you love it as much as we do.

We love that the house is centrally located and only 2 miles from campus. We enjoy sitting out in our backyard by the fire pit listening to nature and enjoying cooler evenings in the fall.
